Most builders have their product using Rack and Pinion construction...and they copy each other...When we decided to start designing our product,we make the decision not to copy or incorporate any of the competition design.Therefore we think that a sturdy belt design is strong enough for any of your hobby or commercial applications. We also believe that the power and sturdiness of a system is not in heavy cuts ...but in smart programming,where dept of cut and speed are deciding factors.Why make heavy cuts,when you can cut faster (feed) with smaller dept of cuts also faster RPM...so the system will have a balanced...

It is possible to incorporate our gantry in your build.How?    

  Gantry and Rails are shipped assembled with speed reducers, belt pulleys,idle pulleys,belt,belt tensioner and all necessary hardware. This configuration allows for building yourself the table and to install Rails and Gantry to complete the machine. Table can be constructed sturdy at your location being more advantageous to DIY...that way you save on materials,labor and finally the total cost of the build.

 Connect embedded sensor with E-stop.Connect floating sensor with a low voltage relay on/off. Functionality:The floating assembly is used to measure uneven flat surfaces.The breakaway system is used to protect the tool used in case of a collision. This product incorporate both:floating and breakaway system.
